- Nothing to hostNo server, no tenant, no admin console. There is nothing of yours on our side to secure, audit or breach.
- No accountsNobody signs up. Nobody's email address, calendar or directory is involved. There is no SSO to configure because there is no login. Offboarding is removing an app.

Each person's calls stay on their own Mac. Sharing happens the way it already does: a file, in the folder you chose, in the tools you already run.

Is there a team plan with shared notes?
No. Shared notes would mean storing your conversations on our servers. Each person has their own copy and shares files the way they already share files: a shared drive, a wiki, an email.
Do we need SSO?
No, because there is no login. The app has no account. Identity never enters into it.
Where does the data reside?
On each person's Mac, in the app's sandboxed storage and in the export folder you chose. If you point every Mac at your organisation's OpenAI or Anthropic account for notes, transcript text goes to that provider under your agreement with them, in whatever region that agreement specifies. Audio never leaves any Mac.
Can device management pre-approve the permissions?
Not Microphone or Screen Recording; macOS requires the person on each Mac to approve those, once. Device management can allow standard users to approve Screen Recording without an admin. Accessibility, needed only by the direct download for dictation, can be pre-approved in a privacy preferences profile.
How do we buy for many people?
Same price per person, $19 once. Write to sales@bitsummit.ca with the number of Macs and we will come back with the rollout plan, the licensing arrangement for your size, and the questionnaire completed.
What happens when someone leaves?
Remove the app from their Mac, or let them keep it; the licence is theirs. Their exported markdown files are in the folder you chose, so the organisation keeps whatever was written to shared storage. There is no account to deactivate.
